Working with Clients and Customers in North Hampshire and Surrey

We’ve been working with clients and customers across North Hampshire and Surrey since we started IQ Digital House in 2005, initially from our first premises in Farnham, then Guildford, and finally at Aldershot. Throughout that period, we have established strong ties with businesses, organisations, self-employed individuals, education centres, and charities across our region.

Our company has grown considerably during the last 18 years. We are now a national supplier of graphic design and print services with customers ranging from small, medium, and large businesses to international companies and corporations. Part of the development of IQ Digital House’s offering resulted in the introduction of a print storage and distribution service, which can deliver printed collateral wherever it is needed in the U.K. or abroad.

But at the core of our business are the companies and individuals we continue to support across the North Hampshire/North Surrey area, and the map shown at the top of this article broadly shows the region we class as “local” for us.

Lisa Mortimore, Commercial Director at IQ Digital House comments: “We really enjoy working with local businesses and organisations to help their efforts by producing printed collateral to market their businesses, promote their organisations, or showcase their events. Their enthusiasm rubs off on our design and print team too, who often buy from the businesses we support or attend the events they are organising.”

Wide ranging design and print services for our local community

We are fortunate to have a team of 23 employees who enjoy taking an active interest in their local communities. As a result, we’ve been able to work with and support numerous businesses and organisations at local level.

One example is the team behind Fleet Market, a community led initiative organised by councillors and business community leaders in Fleet, Hampshire. Through our contacts there, we have been able to help this fantastic weekly event succeed by printing a range of signs to promote the market and direct people to its location. Most people who live in the North Hampshire/North Surrey region will have heard of Guilfest. Nominated twice as Best Medium-sized Festival in the U.K, we were delighted to produce signage to help festivalgoers find their way to the 2022 event. (www.guilfest.co.uk)

In Hartley Wintney, a local amateur dramatics society presented Calendar Girls, which we printed the programmes for. (hartleyartsgroup.me.uk)

And just down the road, at Crookham Village, we produced durable wipe clean menus for The Spice Merchant, which was visited rather quickly by some of our Thai food loving staff members! (www.spicemerchantcrookhamvillage.com).

Not surprisingly, some of our team have an interest in sports, which resulted in designing and producing Stowaway Pop-up banners for Vita Football in Fleet, who organise personal development services for young footballers. (www.facebook.com/vitafball)

One sector we always enjoy working with is education centres, namely universities, colleges, and schools. We have clients at national level, such as the Brighton Institute of Modern Music and, more locally, we designed and produced colourful Wall Art graphics to brighten up the reception area at Velmead Junior School in Fleet. On the outer fringes of our “local area” near Winchester, is Avington Park and Avington House, a stunningly beautiful venue for weddings, corporate, and private events. We were delighted to work with their team to produce banners and signage to help their guests. (www.avingtonpark.co.uk)

And, given our proximity to the Hampshire district of Hart, it should come as no surprise that we helped Hart District Council with their sustainability message by printing a roller banner and leaflets for their recent support of the Yateley Sustainability Fair – in the photo it is the “How Bad Are Bananas” banner on the righthand side. Other North Hampshire/North Surrey clients and customers

This article would be rather lengthy if we featured all the items and clients/customers we work with across our local region, but it is worth mentioning a few others to demonstrate the diversity of the businesses and people we help, where they are located, and a few of the items we have been asked to produce.

In Farnborough we have worked with some of the largest companies in the area, namely BAE Systems, Red Hat, and Alexander Dennis (all of them are global businesses). In neighbouring Church Crookham and Fleet, we have produced a range of printed materials for companies within the legal sector, including Trenches Law and Watson Thomas Solicitors (as well as Setfords Law in Guildford).

Further afield in Godalming, Woking, and Chobham, we have worked with Ivy House Learning, St Peter’s Charity, and Baines Simmons. While in the south-west of our region, we have produced various items for Sebastian’s Action Trust (in Crowthorne and Basingstoke) and Child’s Farm in Basingstoke.

The range of printed items produced includes business cards, letterheads, brochures, invitations, appointment cards, postcards, training manuals, user guides, logbooks/service books, notebooks, workbooks, notepads, “point of sale” printing, banners with eyelets, stickers (including floor stickers), pens, marketing materials, roller banners, exhibition stands and graphics, fulfilment items for exhibitions, and printed legal corners for use by solicitors.

So, as you can see, we can design and print an extensive range of small format and large format printing.

The world of print covers so much in our daily lives and it’s impossible to cover everything in this article, on our social media platforms, or on our website. Our recommendation to people looking for anything that needs printing is “Call us and ask, as we will almost certainly have printed it for someone before.”
