Stepping out onto the Marquess Course; an impressive, impossibly green fairway with uncompromised quality, The IQ Digital House could feel the excitement in the brisk, early-morning autumn air. After a busy few months working with The European Tour and Official Supporter Sky Sports, the tournament was about to begin. As fans flooded the course for a glimpse of their favourite players and exhibitors set-up their stands in the Championship Village, there was something uniquely British about it all – quaint and proud.
After the sound of the very first tee shot it was all systems go for everyone involved with the tournament – the stage was set, the tickets were bought and the players were hungry for the title, but none more so than champion Matt Fitzpatrick. The youngest player in the tournament at just 21 years old, Fitzpatrick swiftly became a crowd favourite winning by a two-shot margin on Sunday 11th.

For The IQ Digital House walking around glorious Woburn was an immeasurable amount of pride, seeing fans proudly wearing the tickets we had designed and printed around the loop holes of their jackets – one of the many print requirements The European Tour wanted The IQ Digital House to produce. Our TV advert displaying on the big screen was a particular highlight, keeping it simple and on brand was important for us – as was our printed advertisement in the British Masters programme.

Our friends at Touch of Unique were there also, standing tall in our exhibition space in the Championship Village with Western Union Business Solutions, Zurich and American Golf to name a few. Helping snap-happy golf fans recharge their phones for free, as well as offering a fun Wii golf competition for the younger crowds throughout the week. Touch of Unique were on hand to offer fun and meeting those interested in photography and showcasing their brand new digital photo albums launching in November.
We’d like to thank everyone we worked with at The European Tour and the British Masters – you all made it an incredible experience. We can’t wait to see you next year!
