Helping Students to Enjoy College Time

Moving to any form of higher education can be a daunting time. That’s why we work with student representatives and Student Unions to help with the design and printing of all sorts of items, to make it easier for pupils and students to make the most of their time at their new education facility.

When pupils and students arrive at their new school, academy, college, or university, it’s a voyage of discovery at all sorts of levels. Finding your way around the campus or school premises is not always straightforward, but we can help by producing site maps showing where everything is located (from libraries to lecture halls). And, if you are at a college town or university city that’s new to you, we can design and print Town and City guides to help you discover everything you’ll need to know about your new location.

Helping students to find their way around

Clubs, societies, and events

Freshers Week is usually one of the most important gatherings for pupils and students alike. So, if you are involved in organising events around this, we can help your club or society stand out from the crowd to attract new members. This typically includes producing leaflets, flyers, programmes of events, banners, signage, and even exhibition stands. Whatever you need, we’re here to help with advice as well as design and print.

Social events are a great part of college life

Of course, every school, college, academy, and university holds numerous events across the year, from recitals, concerts, sporting events, and debating groups, to Proms, Summer Balls, graduation ceremonies (and plenty of parties!).

We can assist with useful items for these too, including designing and printing tickets, wristbands, lanyards, promotional signage, banners, direction boards, and pretty much anything else you’ll need to make your event a success.

Graduation ceremonies are a time to celebrate

Lisa Mortimore, Commercial Director at IQ Digital House comments: “We’ve worked with several Student Unions, clubs, societies, and support groups to help them with design and printing for events at their colleges. It’s really rewarding for our team too, as many of the students like to get involved in the design of their printed collateral and we often advise them how to approach this, so the final result looks fantastic.”
